CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business, cancellations/no shows/late rescheduling can truly take a toll on us a business and we want to be able to always be around for all of your special moments. Cancellations (including rescheduling) within 24 Hours of an appointment are subjected to 50% to 100% cost of service. Cancellation of Large Services (longer than 1 hour) need a 48 Hour notice before service. Cancellation of Half or All Day Services (4 hours or more) need a 72 Hour notice before service. No Show/No Call (including if a client reaches out after their appointment time) is subjected to 100% of charge.
